How long do I have to return a product?
All our products have a 14-day return period. With the exception of products related to special occasions such as Christmas, Sinterklaas or Easter. These can be returned up to the relevant holiday itself.

Are there any costs associated with returns/exchanges?
Yes, for returns/exchanges you pay the return costs yourself, this depends on the company with which you want to return your package. You are free to choose with which company you want to return your order. You will receive the return instructions when you have registered your order for return.

What are the shipping costs?
The standard shipping costs are €5.95 within the Netherlands and €6.95 for Belgium and Germany.

What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days. Some items, such as soap bubble mix, are only made when ordered. This can take a little longer. However, we strive to have everything shipped within 4 business days.

Are orders shipped for free?
Orders with a total value of more than €50,- will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.

How can I view and track the status of my order online?
After ordering an item, a confirmation will be sent that the order has been completed.

Which postal company do you use to send the package?
We use the services of DHL for shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.

What if my track & trace doesn't work?
When a package is packed and ready for delivery, an email is automatically sent with a track & trace code and indicating that the package is on its way.
